NBF attorney Chris Reilly and the firm’s client State of Alaska prevailed on a published decision in Division 1 of the Washington State Court of Appeals (Published decision).

NBF attorneys Noah Jaffe and Chris Reilly prevailed in an arbitration on behalf of a shipowner to enforce a “no sail” provision in a seaman’s personal injury settlement. The remedy sought and obtained was specific performance of the provision and recovery of fees and costs.
